You will be able to select the purchase order you want to correct from a drop-down menu. Once you choose the purchase order, click ‘Next’ to pull all lines associated with that purchase order. Step 4: Select the Line You Wish to Correct & Click ‘Next.’ This will bring you to a table. The top line shows what you ordered. The second line shows what you actually received. Purchase History: This section lists all of your past purchase orders. Release Funds: Funds are typically released to the seller on day 30 after a purchase is made. Funds are frozen when a dispute is created and will remain frozen until the dispute is resolved. Once the dispute is resolved, funds will be released 30 days after the resolution date. This link will display your typical funds and your in-dispute funds. Create Dispute: This link takes you through the steps for creating a dispute.
